365-Day Return Policy

We are confident in the quality of our products and stand by them. If your product does not meet your expectations, you have one year to return or exchange it. We hope you are satisfied with your ShiftCam products purchased on shiftcam.com. However, if the product you received is defective or damaged upon delivery, you can return the defective product to us within 365 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that shipping fees, import duties, and customs fees are non-refundable. Alternatively, you may request a product replacement. (For more details, please refer to the warranty information.)

If you wish to return the product for any non-defective or non-damaged reason, you can return it within 365 days for a refund. Please note, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase amount, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Alternatively, you may request a full refund in the form of store credit.

All sales are final — please note that discounted items during promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday, Valentine's Day, etc.) are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Returns are only accepted for discounted items purchased outside of promotional periods and for full-priced items.

All products must remain in their original condition, including all components (e.g., phone cases, carrying bags, lens caps, adapters, stands, etc.), with no scratches on lenses, phone cases, or any other parts, and must be sent back in the original packaging. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and must provide tracking information to our warehouses in the USA (for North and South American orders), Hong Kong (for Asia and Oceania orders), and the UK (for European and African orders).

Once we receive and review your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund request. After approval, we will process your refund, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

As an online store, we do not offer exchange services. If you wish to exchange for a different product or color, please follow the return process outlined above for a refund and place a new order.
